Job Opening: Business Operations Manager

Job Duties:

• Project Management: Lead and execute internal business projects from planning to completion, with a focus on improving operational workflows, customer experience, and digital integration.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in day-to-day operations and implement tools (e.g., Feishu, WeChat Work, CRM platforms) to enhance team collaboration, data accessibility, and service speed.
• Digital Operations: Coordinate company website content, including layout planning, image and copy updates, and linking structure; ensure consistency across digital platforms.
• Customer Engagement Systems: Manage the setup and optimization of AI-powered customer service tools; monitor performance and adjust rules to meet service targets.
• Social Media and Branding: Execute brand presence initiatives across overseas platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, supporting product exposure and lead generation.
• Immersive Experience Development: Oversee development of digital content for metaverse or VR environments, including basic 3D modeling and content packaging using tools such as Unreal Engine.
• International Project Support: Assist in the setup and operations of overseas initiatives, helping define processes, timelines, and localization strategies.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with sales, marketing, design, and tech teams to align project goals with company objectives and customer needs.

Job Requirements: Job entails working with and requires bachelor’s degree in project management or relevant with Candidate must have 1-year professional experience in:
